In a totally unbelievable turn of events, San Francisco has put a serious damper on flavored tobacco products from its city limits. The law takes affect April 2018.
It appears they did this with very little deliberation from shop owners, which is disappointing to say the least.
It's also VERY fishy that this exact same ordinance is being pushed to San Leandro and Oakland. Clearly the same people are behind each disgusting ordinance.
The GOOD news is...
For those that live in San Francisco, there is still time to fix it. There is an option to pass an exemption for low-risk tobacco and nicotine products. If you live in the area, you need to be following this very closely.

I'm not sure what happened to freedom in this country, and not to get on a soap box and preach, this decision by the SF city council is embarrassing. From a progressive, liberal, open minded city to this? WTF?
There are a dozen or more eliquid lines now available using Pharmanic by NextGen Labs....why not just stock these instead of tobacco derived eliquids and avoid the flavoring issue altogether ? San Francisco is already used to having to pay more for things, so the higher cost of using these synthetic nicotine eliquids shouldn't shock them.
I am not familiar with the regs regarding synthetic nicotine. Is the FDA really ignoring this?
