I started to think about nicotine percentage, and dilution. My question is if you have a blend of 75VG (Base) and 25PG (Flavoring); the bases you buy from wholesale vendors are at the specified levels .03, .06, 1.2, 1.8. 2.4, 3.6, etc… So you’re diluting those by 25%, correct? So wouldn’t that make the final product a lower nic level than is actually advertised? So, shouldn’t we be using bases 25% stronger than we want to account for dilution? If I want a .03 final nic level, then I should have a base of .0375… Tell me your thoughts please. Is the whole industry wrong? Am I wrong? Worried about FDA testing in the future.
