Last month, City Council members voted unanimously to ask city staff members to add e-cigarettes to the list of tobacco products banned in parks, restaurants, bars and other public areas. The council is expected to take its final vote on the ordinance changes.

Anybody from Austin in the group? How are you fighting this (if you can…)

Not the first- nor the last- city to get it “wrong.” But how can you blame them? If they look to the Fed for guidance, there it is; The Deemings.
